By supporting our bursary fund, you're giving the opportunity for outstanding local children to experience a PGS education - regardless of their family's financial position.

We want to continue to make a transformational impact on the lives of young people in our city, and to welcome talented pupils from diverse backgrounds who represent the world in which PGS exists - but we can only do so with your help. Since the inception of The William Smith Fund in 2015, we've been able to help over 450 families. Our bursary recipients have often been some of the highest performing pupils academically, and they've added great value to the school and their peers - and we're very proud to have them as a members of our community. Our bursary programme is fully funded through philanthropy, meaning that your support is vital for current and future pupils needing assistance, and can be directly lifechanging.
